Personnel changes (Taki, Li)

Assistant Professor Kentaro Taki left Kyoto University on March 31, 2013 and arrived at the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering, Yamagata University as an associate professor on April 1, 2013.

Assistant Professor Li, Xian left Kyoto University on March 31, 2013 and will move to Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an associate professor on April 16, 2013.
